Poetry and music intertwine in this dynamic Newly formed group from Upstate NY. Irishman, Philip Marshall a builder and founding member of the band Kilkool) , and longtime friend/ band mate Colm O’Leary (critically acclaimed screenplaywriter) come together with local legend , Simi Stone( singer, violinist, songwriter). Ad a chainsaw wielding tree climber on drums, John Luther ( from Woodstock ) to form “the shaker’ … you will find an experience of captivating lyrical structures with a unique melodic beauty , both haunting and folk punk. These songs , written and pieced together by Marshall and Stone have a depth and harmony, that cut to the bone and ring with rare authenticity.
